ExchangeLegacyDN   : /o=Litware Inc/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (EXCHANGE12ROCKS)/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=DC1

Was die Jungs da wohl geraucht hatten….

Auszug aus KB941649

“This package has been updated to version 2. An issue was identified in which certain computers that have specific combinations of older AHCI USB chipsets and CD or DVD drives that use the SerialATA interconnection bus may not start after the installation of the original version of this package. Version 2 of this package has removed the fix that caused this problem. If you are using a computer that experienced this issue, you can restart the computer by using a bootable Windows Vista DVD and by selecting the Repair/System Recovery options. If your computer has already installed the original version of this update and has successfully restarted, you do not have to install version 2 of this update.”

We just released a .NET Framework 2.0 CLR update that we recommend be applied to every Exchange 2007 server.  It is more urgent to install this update on Client Access servers with multiple protocols, but we recommend installing the update on all Exchange 2007 servers.

We are also integrating this update in .NET Framework 2.0 SP1, but I don’t have any ETA for that release.

More information about this update can be found in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942027/

You can download this hotfix from https://connect.microsoft.com/content/content.aspx?ContentID=3705&wa=wsignin1.0&siteid=210.  We recommend that you make a full backup of the server before installing this update, and once again after successful installation of this update.
